In this role, you will provide company-wide brand protection and cultivate an understanding of our brand, including desired positioning, annual tracking, and guidelines to build a consistent brand for Stena Line's audiences.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Building a consistent brand for Stena Line´s audiences based on our values, business strategy, and scope of needs.
- Strengthening our brand both externally and internally, increasing brand awareness and improving customer perception.
- Coordinating and aligning brand development with our business units to ensure a unified strategy and brand experience.
- Collaborating closely with management teams and other stakeholders.
- Act as point of contact with agencies.
- Regularly track and analyse our brand performance, driving awareness across the company about results and suggesting and implementing changes as needed.
- Be an active member of the Brand & Communication team, taking ownership of assignments, and supporting team members in a welcoming, caring, and reliable manner.

- Experience in managing external agencies and partners.
- Strong project management skills as well as communication skills.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Göteborg & Co söker en praktikant till affärsområdet Marknad och Kommunikation - Team PR med inriktning PR och marknadsföring. Som praktikant deltar du i det dagliga arbetet och får bland annat vara delaktig i följande arbetsuppgifter:
• Utforma program till journalister på engelska och svenska samt göra bokningar inför pressbesök (hotell, restauranger, guider etc.)
• Göra research och uppdatera olika dokument på svenska och engelska
• Uppdatera texter online och i digitala system som Travefy & Notified
• Följa med på möten, både internt och extern
• Vara ansvarig för att spara ner artiklar och sammanställa dessa
• Skriva utkast på pressmeddelanden/nyhetsvinklar på engelska och svenska
• Vara med och arbeta med PR riktad mot svensk media i samband med evenemang och olika nätverk
• Andra varierande uppgifter inom teamet & avdelningen förekommer


KVALIFIKATIONER
Du som söker praktikplatsen har relevant erfarenhet/utbildning inom kommunikation/ journalistik eller pågående relevant utbildning. Att ha god kännedom om Göteborg och destinationens utbud är ett måste. Vi söker dig som är bra på att skriva texter och kommunicera flytande på engelska och svenska. Andra språk (t.ex. tyska) är ett plus. För att trivas på praktikplatsen bör du vara noggrann, kreativ och tycka om att träffa människor. Du trivs med att arbeta både i team och självständigt och kan ta eget ansvar och arbeta med olika uppgifter parallellt. Det är meriterande om du är väl insatt i sociala medier.

Övrigt
Praktikperioden är minst fyra månader och som längst en termin. Du som söker praktikplatsen måste ha praktik som en del av din utbildning, genom Arbetsförmedlingen eller motsvarande.

Join our LS Central team to build new digital solutions for one of Stena Line’s most important businesses – Onboard Sales and Services! As a member of our OSS Digital department, you will maintain and enhance the digital platforms managing onboard commercial operations, and create new experiences - always with our guests and colleagues in focus.

We are looking for an analytical Process Expert to join our procurement transformation journey.

The Procurement Process & System Lead role is a crucial position within the procurement department at Stena Line. This role focuses on streamlining procurement activities by developing, implementing, and upkeeping effective systems, tools, and processes. It is not just about keeping things running smoothly; it is about revolutionizing the procurement process to boost efficiency, achieve significant cost reductions, and maintain strict adherence to both internal and external standards. The person who will take on this new role will be at the forefront of transforming procurement into a strategic asset for the organization, ensuring that every process is optimized for top performance.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions in existing systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the selection, customization, and implementation of procurement systems and tools
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the procurement function and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee procurement data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices
- Act as a liaison between procurement and other departments to ensure integration and alignment of processes and systems
- Lead procurement system and process improvement projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
