About the role:

As Senior System Engineer you will lead an engineering team that is responsible for development of systems that includes software, integration of various sensors and communication systems, electrical and mechanical components. You will work with defining system characteristics and architecture to drive project success. You will also participate and lead system reviews and work with the definition of system validation, system integration and testing processes.

Example of work tasks

- Design and develop multidisciplinary projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams conceptualize and create a system that involves diverse fields and disciplines

- Define system characteristics and architecture to ensure that the system architecture aligns with system requirements, scalability, and future adaptability

- Participate in and lead system reviews

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, measurable, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle

- Define system verification, integration, and validation processes by establishing clear methodologies for verifying that the system meets specified requirements and standards

To succeed in this role, you:

- Have a bachelor’s in electrical-, mechanical-, software engineering or equivalent

- Have several years of relevant experience within multidisciplinary functions and as a system engineer

- Comprehensive understanding of complex systems

- Can speak and write English and Swedish at a professional level

It is meritorious but not a requirement if you have a background as a defence system engineer and that you have experience as an R&D project manager. It is also meritorious if you have experience in C4I systems, radio systems and/or networks.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som ILS-Ingenjör (Integrated Logistics Support) kommer du att spela en central roll i analyser och beräkningar av tillförlitlighet och tillgänglighet samt analysera behov av underhåll i radarsystem. Ett stort fokus kommer att vara på livstidsberäkningar av komponenter och reservdelslistor. Du kommer att arbeta med databaser och andra verktyg som ditt stöd och samarbetar nära produktansvariga på alla nivåer. Du kommer att ingå i ett ILS-team som arbetar tätt tillsammans med fokus på leveranser av underhållsplaner och användarmanualer.

Elbit Systems Sweden söker en erfaren Program Manager med övergripande leveransansvar för utvecklings- och leveransprogram. Rollen innebär ledning av komplexa program från anbudsfas till implementering av högkvalitativa system. For the automotive industry we are now looking for a Quality manager/Certification Engineer with strong knowledge within ISO 17025, to help the organization of the implementation and maintenance of ISO 17025, an internationally recognized standard for testing and calibration laboratories. The job role can be onsite but also remote if necessary with possibility to travel onsite every now and then.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing ISO 17025 Compliance: ensures that all processes, procedures, and documentation within the laboratory meet the requirements of the standard. They establish and maintain a quality management system to ensure compliance.
· Developing and Implementing Quality Policies: They create and implement quality policies and procedures to improve laboratory processes. This involves developing standardized operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
· Training and Development: The Quality Manager provides training to laboratory personnel on quality systems, ISO 17025 requirements, and good laboratory practices. They also ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and understand the importance of quality compliance.
· Internal Audits and Corrective Actions: Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system is another crucial responsibility. The Quality Manager identifies non-conformities and implements corrective actions to address them.
· External Audits and Accreditation: Coordinating external audits by accreditation bodies is essential for maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation. The Quality Manager ensures that the laboratory is adequately prepared for these audits and assists in addressing any findings or recommendations.
Qualifications:
· Strong Knowledge of ISO 17025: Thorough understanding of ISO 17025 requirements and experience in implementing and maintaining the standard within a laboratory setting.

OM TJÄNSTEN:

Friday söker för Aros electronics räkning en Testutvecklare inom funktionstester. Aros electronics är ett företag i framkant inom integrerade lösningar bestående av elektriska motorer, mekanik och styrelektronik som levereras till kunder över hela världen. I rollen som testutvecklare kommer du att vara delaktig i projekt för utveckling av funktionstester. Dessa funktionstester används under produktion av kretskort och integrerad elektronik i slutprodukt. Du kommer främst att utveckla plattformsbaserade funktionstester men även produktunika tester. Rollen är bred där du kommer att få vara delaktig tidigt i projekten där du granskar produkten med fokus på Design For Test. Du kommer vidare vara delaktig i design av både hård- och mjukvara för testning och till slut driftsättning.

Tjänsten innebär även att:

Utveckla testmetoder samt utrustning där du gärna får bidra med egna idéer och förbättringsförslag.
Vara behjälplig för produktionens befintliga testutrustningar.
Arbeta hands on och med felsökning och förbättringar.


Du kommer att utgå från verksamheten i Mölndal och vara en del av ett team om cirka 6 personer. I dagsläget är det två andra personer som fokuserar på funktionstest vilka du kommer ha ett tätt samarbete med. Utvecklingsavdelningen arbetar alltid projektorienterat där det för varje uppdrag bildas en projektgrupp som sammansätts efter den kompetens som krävs. För att få ett gott samarbete kommer du därför under varje projekt också ha en nära dialog med övriga avdelningar till exempel operatörer, kvalitetsavdelningen och andra kollegor på utvecklingsavdelningen.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM:

För att du ska trivas och lyckas i rollen krävs det att du både har erfarenhet, intresse och en förståelse för elektronik kopplat till samspel mellan mjuk- och hårdvara. Exempelvis har du pysslat med hobbyprojekt kopplat till hemautomation eller programmering. Vi ser vidare att du gärna har erfarenhet och ett intresse för praktiskt arbete med till exempel lödning och enkla verkstadsmaskiner då du ibland behöver vara hands on med testutrustning och fixturer.

Vidare är kraven att du:

We are looking for a senior engineer to dive deeply into intelligent automotive digitalization engineering. You will study and analyze the process, tools and methods that are/will be most used for intelligent automotive product development to meet the digitalization trends and challenges. You will also provide technical insights and recommendations for building industrial 4.0-oriented digital design, architecture, and testing of automotive systems.
The main tasks are described below and will be performed agilely with agreements.
Main tasks:
1. Under the study of industrial 4.0 of digital design, automation design and intelligent design industry-leading practices and the latest development trend, develop the product-oriented digital design capability improvement roadmap and promote solutions.
2. Technology analysis and strategy development in the industry of digital design tools, methods, and processes, from the product requirement -> system-level system architecture design -> system simulation modelling ->detailed design verification, and achieve end-to-end digital design, the final substituting virtual prototype for physical prototype verification, and improve development efficiency.
3. Constructs a digital twin environment, streamlining and development and production, procurement, supply chain, and data flow, and implement research and development to the back-end seamless transition.
4. Research MBSE, RFLP, Digital Twin technologies, such as model-based collaborative development environment, and modelling languages, e.g., Modelica and SysML, build an end-to-end (including research and development, supply, manufacturing and delivery) of the shared data source and structured development process.
Deliverables:
For the first iteration, the following technical reports on the automotive system of systems to be delivered:
Roadmap and technical strategy on the process, methods, and tools: both in terms of platform and hardware, SW architecture, tool selection, components of OpenSource character, etc.
Competence/skills roadmap
Current trends, standards, and external requirements (ISO26262, Cybersecurity, SUMS, etc.) affect the development process.
At an overall level - what differences can be seen against other industries, e.g., ICT
Advanced projects today, how do they move from the traditional automotive components? For example. AD / ADAS, active and passive safety, electric motors versus internal combustion engines and the differences between having a centralized control system versus having the control distributor over more hardware-controlled control units (e.g., engine control system + ABS control system compared to having a centralized control system.
The second iteration will be based on discussion and agreements after the first iteration.

Requirements:
10-20 years of research or automotive industry experience in related fields; the research results have been successfully applied for researchers.
Familiar with automotive tools from the requirement to architecture, system design and software implementation;
Familiar with MIL-SIL-HIL-VIL environment;
Familiar with the automotive software development processes, tools and standards.
Familiar with SysML/UML modelling tools such as Sparx EA, Dassault CSM or IBM Rhapsody.

What are we looking for in this specific role?
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team, poised to lead end-to-end deployments of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). As a driving force in our team, you will take ownership from project planning to fundamental design creation and cost assessments. Additional responsibilities will include among others:
Leading a wide scope of activities, from project initiation and request for proposal (RFP) to sizing, optimization, contracting, commissioning, and operations lifecycle.

Qualifications likely required to be successful
University degree in electrical engineering, renewable engineering, or a related field.
Several years of systems design and field operations experience in BESS, power systems, or PV solar system projects.
Experience in overseeing the complete lifecycle of energy storage projects
Knowledge of power conversion systems
Familiarity with SCADA, Modbus, and networking applications.
Ability to create system designs, single lines, and block diagrams.
Understanding of li-ion battery technologies/systems and overall battery system design and architecture.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
